Our experience with J & M Welding was a solid “A”, maybe an "A+”. Our large electric gate was struck by a car which tweaked the lower hinge and prevented it from operating. Mitch of J& M Welding arrived within a couple of days of my call and had the gate swinging freely within two hours. So far, it was business as usual except that Mitch was friendlier and more engaging than we've come to expect from tradespeople. The above and beyond part (A+) came after he finished the welding and gate reinstallation and then spent a considerable amount of time troubleshooting the electronic operation. Ultimately he concluded that our solar powered battery had probably died, but as this is outside his realm of responsibility Mitch was unable to verify the problem. What he did do was refer us to a an electric door company that did in fact replace the battery that fully restored the gate’s operation. Within days of the fix we recommended J& M to a local contractor who needed help.
